It is the year of the rabbit today
nothing is what it seems I am
the skin of an apple bruised
as easily as my knee tonight I can
scoop up a star and eat it watch
the hot orb flow down down into my belly
I am a creature I spend my days walking
in circles, my nights in the sky.
